Caller ID shows Direct Energy
My aunt is 97 years old, lives in a senior housing, does not pay electric or gas so there is no reason for these people to be calling her. And no one ever answers when you answer phone. It is very upsetting to her. I had an 866 number to call back, but it is a fax line.
