A woman ,who sounded borderline American on the other end and it was noisy like other people making calls also  in the background of her phone asked to" speak with the person authorized to make decisions about our "?"

I could not make out what she said and then I asked if she was trying to call a larger part of our subsidiary company? and then it sounded like she said "no" or "ughh!! and the line went dead from her end.
The caller i.d. shows Akron Ohio.
