This appears to be a rental SCAM for a house in Ft. Wayne, IN.  I have spotted similar emails from different numbers of this length that state similar phrases, etc.  Beware!  Whoever is sending emails will state they need the deposit first, will avoid answering questions/requests that would give specifics about the property, and WILL NOT be able to show the inside of the property.  In the past week, I have spotted 2 scams for listings in Craigslist.
