Called me twice one right after the other and I tried to call them back and it said it was not a working number. I don't know anything about the area code or was I expecting anything from a number like this.

it appears to me another foreign caller. I am getting these all the time. He hung up pretty much as soon as I actually picked up. I hope they don't try to scam my phone it's annoying.
