The same exact thing happened to me today. I am so glad that I googled the phone number and found this. I don't know how these people get away with stuff like this. I too am glad that I sent them no money and I blocked their number on my phone. I also emailed them back and told them that we would not be doing business together. UNREAL!

Yes, I got the following email after I inquired about a craiglist ad.  Thanks for this posting that I quickly found out this is a scam.

FYI I emailed him about the same house in White Plains going for $1200. Luckily I googled the name Topi Clark and USAID.

But thanks for preventing me from falling for it!

Don't  do it I called the realtor and they told me the house he was renting in mass was rented already in 1900 so always google numbers and names from ppl u don't trust. yo YES UT IS A SCAM!!!!!!
