who is this they attempted three times in the last 12 hours. No messages, digitally recorded "Goodbye" please investigate and return any need to know information.

The same thing just happened to me and when I tried to call the number back it said that my virgin mobile account didn't have enough money in it to make the call. It is a puzzle as I pay my bill regularly and I am able to make both local and long distance calls right now...
