Called my cell phone...shows as call originating in Salem Ohio?! Don't know anyone in Ohio let alone Salem and when looking this number up its apparently a TEST for locating a ships location? Weird I missed this call at 9:44 am

Called my cell. This is a very suspicious call and why does the number not show in full. Call comes in as Salem, OH
I think this is Spoofed Information
They new my full name
He would not identify himself.
