calling repeatedly

Get calls from this number. I never answer if I don't know the number. They leave a portion of a recorded message about a case. I decided to call the number back just to see who it was. I man with a thick accent answered the phone and said "hello". NO name of a business or anything, just hello. I said I am getting calls from this number and I wanted to see who they are from. He said "who are you then". I told him I was not going to tell them who I was until he told me where he was calling from our what company he was with. He said "ok then" and hung up. I'm sure its a scam. The call was from Akron Ohio.

I received a message from this number advising me the IRS is filing a suit against me and to call them immediately. I know that is not how the IRS operates and have no tax bill due to them, but other people may hear this and panic.  I am sure this is a scam and am reporting this to the IRS
