An Indian guy called for my daughter. When I told him she was in prison he said he was her boyfriend and said he would help her and would come to my house on Monday.

We have been getting back to back calls from this number and at times they say inappropriate things to staff.  This is a health care facility and I am wondering how to get the calls to stop.

Number came up on cell phone as 3434 so I answered it a lady with a accent had all my info and said her boss had a 7000 dollar grant for me and I was to call her boss back at 1-234-525-5053 haven't called it but makes me wonder how they had all my information.

Stolen information. If you filled out anything online these scammers have it or other methods they use. Google your name & number, anyplace like spokeo that shows up, make them remove it.  There are also sites that show relatives names as well. You may also want to read these as well:

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

Supposedly the IRS is suing me for fraud. I said the IRS NEVER calls -- they just send 6 pounds of mail. I asked for his IRS id number (3587) and department (tax audit dept) and my case number, which he gave me. Heavy Indian accent, clearly a call center, many voices in background. Sounded like 15 people were in a 10x10' room with headsets.
