Stolen information. If you filled out anything online these scammers have it or other methods they use. Google your name & number, anyplace like spokeo that shows up, make them remove it. There are also sites that show relatives names as well. You may also want to read these as well:

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!
