I got a call saying that I was eligible for a dropped interest rate on my credit card account and the only reason I answered was the fact I had applied for a lower rate and I thought it might be related to that. When I answered and said what is this dealing with they hung up on me I want to know if someone is targeting my phone for info or something. What do I do?
