I have dealt with the same guy for over a year. Sometimes months go by where I do not get any calls and then he calls again. The number changes also. He has called from a number in New York, Philadelphia , Washington, Oregon and California. Everything writtten here, I have also been through.  I now don't even let him start talking, I talk and talk while he tries to say his spiel.  I told him if he wanted to collect he needs to put it in writing so I can respond. He said why would I need it in writing, the company that I owe won't do that. I told him its not my problem.  I also told him that I have contacted the attorney generals office that stops the calls for a few months then he calls back. He also tries to use another name each time but his accent is the same. I told him that too.  I don't know what to do to get these calls to stop.  I know I don't owe anybody. I have checked my credit reports and keep current on any new actions.  I also bought a home last year so I know there is no outstanding credit issues.
