The caller ID says "name not found". Obviously a made up number? 3456789? "they" left no message and I didn't try to call "then" back

Called yesterday, left no message. Called today and my spouse hung up on them. Bleepers. This is a totally phoney number, if you try to dial it, "We are unable to connect your call at this time..." BLEEPERS.

This number has been calling me too seven times today. Underneath the number say Ibadan. Probably a scammer/terrorist!
