I got the same text others have reported  at another number which said "Hello is this XXXX MY NAME xxx?"  .  i TEXTED BACK "Who is this?"

Reply was "I am Mr Jack ia m the Director of Quality Control and Employee compliance of (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited), I am contacting you in regards of your resume posted.   Let me know once you get this...."

Received a text at 5 in the morning (would be 3 in the morning in Akron, Ohio where this area code is supposed to be for) saying "Hello is this XXXX [my name]?"  I did not reply and thus confirm their information.  I would guess they are sourcing this information from some kind of resume posting site because the other type of messages I have gotten are to my e-mail, and both my phone number and e-mail are locatable from my resume.  The giveaway that these are not legitimate is what company would be sending out mesages at 3am, and what company would legitimatly be searching for employees by text and form letters via e-mail?  Blocked the number in my settings.

I too have received a call room this exact number. They asked to do an interview through Yahoo ID or Google Hangouts.  I think its a way to hack into my computer or contacts.
