Another call to my minor child's cell phone. He doesn't answer any number that hasn't been approved to be programmed in his phone. Clearly a scam, because anyone that knows my family knows he isn't picking up.

And he isn't old enough to have a credit card.

They called...left no message. I blocked the number.  Note: Do not call back, they will know your number is good and will sell your number to other scammers.  You will get more calls.  Do not press 1 or 2 or any other number they ask you to press.  They will know you have a good number and you will receive more calls from other scammers.
