"Akron OH"..... Call, say nothing, ignore the screener's warning, and you get blocked! All scammers and unknown, unspeaking callers get blocked forever! Good riddance!

An online search shows a lot of people get call from this number and a lot of questions about who is at the other end. Turns out everyone reports silence at the other end. They never leave a message.
My best guess is that it is a call center (hello, india) that is checking which numbers are active.
