This phone number belongs to a Nigerian based scammer who is pulling his scams on e bay and  Amazon, mostly to fraudulently purchase electronics and computers, to purportedly send to a dead friends don in Nigeria for a birthday present. He is currently being sought by the FBI!!?

This is a scam. Block the number, and move on.
