800notes is not affiliated with your emailer, we are not emailing you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that the people spamming you are reading here either.
Please place it on block or log it under spam according to your email providers instructions. You can also send it on by attaching it complete with headers to:
SPAM@UCE.GOV
