I got the same thing...they set up an email confirmation once you ship your item then they give you your money. They say they will provide you with the cash up front but it's fraud.

He just messaged me two times same phone different ad. Same number and a different story and place to ship phone to using PayPal. I told him the first time that its a scam and I'm not dumb. But the second i haven't responded.

I called interac, there no such email ask you ship and provide tracking number before got paid, SCAM

Same here in Canada, i keep noticing this number for many time which trying to outsmart by asking my paypal account. I know it is a scam..keep posting!
