Typical Card Services scam with pre-recorded message stating "This is Ann, with Card Services," telling me I can lower my credit card interest rate.  I press 1 to ask to be removed and the agent on the other end of the line immediately hangs up on me.

"Ann" from "Account Services" wanting to lower my interest rate.  It is a SCAM!  Told the guy on the phone (after pressing 1) that I knew this was a scam.  (They ask for your credit card number after numerous questions).  They guy called me every name in the book for 3 minutes and 38 seconds.  Finally I screamed as loud as I could into the phone.  He hung up.  LOL
