Got a one ringer, from 231 732-2726, answered no one there apparantly hung up after the first ring.  Then a few moments later another call from 062-216-5868, final notice to lower your interest rate if you have debt of $2,500 or more.  I push 1 (one) as directed to speak to an operater.  then I bluster I am thankful someone will help us save our home from foreclosure and maybe help get us out of bankruptcy.   that always ends the call today the young sounding female voice mettered something, said have a nice day and hung up.  

My semi-retired business investment partner started doing this way back in 1973, he gets a real kick out it, strings them along as far as possible just to waste their time.  Just makes his day.  

Going to do this from now on, probably will not stop the calls but it will be more fun.  This is a good time to lie like the con artist that just called you and have a little fun with it.  Of course we are semi-retired and just a little bored.  

The fraud division of our telephone company says the 062 area code is an internationl number from Jamaca.  They claim to have no way to block international calls.

One ring. No response. No caller ID but I *69ed it. Looked it up on a reverse lookup and it apparently belongs to Your Vote Count in Morley, MI. The phone company is Lucre, Inc.

503-981-2933 is on the do not call list obeay the law of the land or pay validation code w3e7

no answer, I get this call 1 or 2 times per week, if I answer there is no one there or if I let the answering machine get it, they never leave a message.

unknown name and no number call- I answered it and there was no sound on the other end.  About 5 minutes later the phone rang again and caller id showed unknown name 231-732-2726.  As before, there was nobody and no sound on the other end.  There was a couple of clicking sounds but nobody ever picked up, and after 40 seconds a loud tone began playing, then hung up.  I pay for anonymous call block thru the phone company, am on the do not call list, and still get these awful and annoying calls.  It's very frustrating.  12/12/08 8:53 am
