when i answer the phone the party will hang up

hang up

no message, keeps calling

this page and every other like this one[ are connected junk.why dont u really do something about it?why do i submit these seemingly pointless comments?

I recieved a call from this number too and when I called it back, it was a recorded statement to speak with someone about education, classes.  No answer from a live person, telephone prompts.
