I've been getting calls from this number off and on for the last several months. They would call twice in one day, in 2-5 minute intervals. I get either silence with background noise, or some guy with a Middle Eastern accent repeating "hello", and not telling me who he is and what organization/company he represents. And sometimes they would just hang up when I answer. I called my phone company's annoyance call bureau, and the police. The calls stopped for a couple days, then they call again at 3:30am this morning. Someone is obviously up to no good here. Whoever they are, they're too cowardly to reveal their identity, so they got something to hide.

Exactly what Chad said!  These people are up to no good.  I have received multiple calls from this number as well as related numbers.  They all show up as Michigan numbers, but the accents are always foreign.  They usually call during the middle of the night.  It's awful.  I hope they get caught.
