This number calls every couple days at random times, never leaves a message. I don't know who it is, but every time they call their "location" changes. My guess telemarketing.

Says "this call may be monitored or recorded" like it's a collection call or something, but soon you realize it's a sales call.  Very rude when asked if it was a sales call.

It is Charter cable company... calls at likle 8:30pm ESt or after 9pm EST very odd
