Claim they are from Litigation Legal Services in Washington Springs Co. It was pulling teeth to get that info that is in fact a lie. The "Lead Investigator" Melissa Howard says there are 3 warrants out for my arrest because of an unpaid payday loan.. I never took out a payday loan before so I was confused and easily irritated. I asked for info to validate the company and was hung up so I took my break time to call back repeatedly until I was tired of calling. in over 60 calls I was repeatedly refused general information about the company or hung up on.

That's exactly what i'm going thru right now its so frustrating when you know its a scam and they refuse to give you general information to go after them....yet I know thats why they do it.

She called me today making the same false allegations.  Only this time she said her name was Melissa Rodriguez.  Claimed I took out a payday loan in 2012 for $400 using a bank account that had been closed 5 years before that.  She went as far as to say the case was being handed over to the states attorney and that I would be arrested.  When I called the states attorney they had no knowledge of this Melissa Rodriguez nor did I have any crimes reported against.  Its just a scam from a company trying to get money.

Melissa also called me to tell me I had 3 warrants and  was going to go court. My husband had answered the phone she was telling him everything about the warrants...but I work in a retail store. I'm aware of phone scams in me job field. I told him she is trying to scam me. I told him for one thing I never did anything wrong except parking tickets and someone in our city would contact me about court not a different state...plus she won't give out my personal business to anyone else if it wasn't a scam..but he was still worried..he will feel better now after I show him this.

I just got a call from them too! I told them I never took one out and she said probably identity theft but if I didn't pay then a warrant was going to be issue or I can pay over $1000 to settle it down!? The scary part is they had all my info! Old email address, old address and last 4 of my social!
