Called claiming to have a "case" pending.

Claimed I had a unpaid debt for a payday loan through a local bank... had my as number and address but wrong b date ...I said do what u got to do ..lol I haven't had a payday loan nor an account with said bank

Claims to be a guy named paul slater with "pre-trial interventions" SCAM!

Got a call today. The person sound like he had a scarf over his mouth.  Said he was from litigation then hung up.  I called the number and a young girl answered. I told her I received a call from this number.  She said what is your number, I said I'm not giving you my number. Then she said I already have it. I said what company is this. She then hung up. BIG TIME SCAM!!!!

Called about litigation....We called back....Told then we will put them on Reddit Web page....True scam....Afraid to give us any contact information....
