Don't let these extortionist scare you. I was told that there was a warrant out for my arrest for theft by deception, and the sheriff department would be out to my place of employment to pick me up today. First off, if you are going to be picked up,  you won't get any warning. Second,  they are breaking the law with their collection methods. I have never gotten a payday loan before in my life, but I believe I was used as a reference so I'm assuming that is how they got my information. I used some colorful language to tell them what I thought of their company.

I too got got the theft by deception threat after consulting with my local county sherrifs dept he assured me this was 99% scam after i called back and informed them to send the warrent to the deputy i was disconnected ummm guess ill see if i get arrested good luck chumps hope you read this.

Called the house phone looking for someone with our last name and a first name of a person that has never lived at this house. Said that I should call a different number 234-466-6281 ext.113 and ask for investigator STEVEN SANDERS with case #......................... I did find it strange that an angency is using two different area code 231(Grant MI) and 234(OH). If they issue this so called warrant, I am going to get paid. I am suing everybody. Maybe I will just have my buddies at DPD and the court officer hanging with me. SO TIRED OF THESE PHONE CALLS AND SCAMS.
