I worked in Engieering we used all Capital Letters. It a habit and visual recognition of spelling.

They called my cell, but left no message. I called them back on my restricted phone, and the recording said I won a $100 gift certificate from one of their unnamed affiliates, redeemable at Walmart, Best Buy, and many more.
