Scam.  'Mike' from 'PC Reserve' calling about viruses on my computer.  Funny how they know I have viruses, but don't know I'm not running Windows.  Heavy Indian accent, second call I've received today (from different numbers).  Do NOT give these guys any info or access to your computer!

I recieved a call from this number just now, saying something about my computer etc. and when i said " O FORGET U I KNOW THIS IS A PRANK, GO SEE IF UR GRANDMA BELIEVES U, n when i said that they hung up right away........

sorry tge call was not from comcast, i that it meant what company i used. But the call from eletrical problem in the computer.

Second call received from a guy with an Indian accent. Called Norton to ask if they would ever initiate a call regarding a computer problem and they said absolutely not! This is a scam. They wanted bank account info from my husband in order to 'fix' the problem. Why would I give this guy access to my computer and bank account information! I tried to call the number back to get the name but call would not go through.

For me, it was pcspeedy.  It's a scam.   Last week he was "Microsoft", this week he is "PCSpeedy.com". Same guy, thick accent, both times.
