Received a call for my daughter from this number, left a message and was told they would be filing against her in her county, On the message they said this was her official notice. for one thing according to the fair debt collections act they have to notify you by snail mail. Not email or phone. also they have to give you the name of the company that you supposidly owe and also a copy of the original debt papers with your signature on it.   I called back spoke to a Jasmine, she would not give me no info and said I could go to court with my daughter. The info they have is 20 yrs old and my daughter was a minor at the time they say she created the debt. ( She had spoken to them before). I gave her the number and info that was left on the message machine, She tried to call them back They would not answer and had no answering machine, my next step will be to tell them when they call since this is my number not hers to cease and desist callin or I will press charges against them for herasment. Caller Be ware.

Have received this twice at work. No name requested - 'we need to know if this is the individual yada yada' - Formal complaint they say, no mention of debt, filed through "the county." Got a claim number, whatever that is. I'm not calling back or doing anything. I know debt collectors and they at least will ask for a name (or maybe they can't by phone msg anymore; had a friend who did this a while back). Also, I know my work number has been listed incorrectly as a specific business that I guess went out of business.  I don't know if I believe

I got a call from them with my case number and that I was to call this number back. It is a scam as I know they have to send information to me in the regular mail.  Don't waste your time with them. They cannot file against you unless they send items to you in the mail.

Just received a call from a different number (local to me) to call this number 225-570-4696....they did not leave a business name...just that they were filing papers at my local courthouse against me for
"several" charges.  Tried calling the 225 number back....no answer! HAHAHAHA  Scammers!

My story is just like everyone else. Filling papers with my local courthouse.  REALLY!?!?
