I BELIEVE THIS PERSON IS A SCAM ARTIST, HAS BEEN CALLING ME TOO MANY TIMES WITH LIES..PLEASE HELP

So - How do you expect any help when you tell us NOTHING???

Other sites have reported this number to be a "lower your credit card interest scam" -- hang up on these calls do not enter any information!   If someone is bothering you, simply block their calls and do not pick up on numbers you do not recognize.

What kind of lies?
