Got a call on 7/15/16 at 4:26p. Caller i.d. said HBW. I've seen this number before and the name. If I'm not mistaken it maybe a debt collector. I've with these insects before that they had the wrong number. That was about six months ago. They'll never learn.

This person at this number calls 3-4 times/day. I am on no call list, but they still call. It is an unwanted harassing call.

It appears to be an auto insurance co. When calling the # back it had a prompt to select "do not call list" , hope it works
