I received a call from this number, on my cell, asking for one of my relatives.  I hung up because I am not that person, but when I attempted to call the number back, from the same phone # they dialed (my cell), it just rang and rang.  I then attempted to call from my work number, and again, it rang and rang.  A few minutes later I attempted to call again, but this time the line was to fast busy.  I think it's strange that someone can pull my cell phone number and call me about "an important business matter" for one of my relatives, but when I call  back I can't get through?
Very questionable!

By the way, the number is listed as a cell phone, in Baton Rouge, LA.
