received call from 225-341-1090. I don't know anyone in Louisiana.Is it phone soliciting?

Just got a call from this number - we are a business and legitimate calls come through on our main line - this came through on a different line(one of our roll over lines when the main line was not busy). When I answered there was just dead air.
