"IRS is filing a lawsuit against you to get more information call our department number is 1-224-649-0149. I repeat 1-224-649-0149. Thank you." I'm pretty sure this is a SCAM. IRS doesn't have 3rd parties leave messages on  your phone. They send you a letter.
