Fake number, when called back it is some type of VoIP phone number and you get Habib in India.
They are trying to sell businesses on their SEO services, web site stuff - a different twist on the "be on the first page of Google" scam.
The level of English comprehension is minimal - don't try and hold a conversation with Habib as he will most likely not be able to follow your train of though unless you speak some form of Indian dialect or language understandable to the local area.
Hindi is not in my vocabulary. I think I got Habib up out of bed when I called at 8:30pm EST.
