Quiet line which ended with pre-recorded goodbye.

Picked up call on second ring (enough time for CallerID to show number).  I've received many calls from these bozos, but all my pickups are met with silence.  I don't wait around long enough to hear a "goodbye"; I just hang up after a few seconds.

Apparently these idiots are simply in the annoyance business.  What a waste of telephone bandwidth!
