Receiving call at odd hrs mostly after midnight

today morning i have saw 2 miss call of mid night and i am calling the same number one lady  told me  you won the mobile she need my name also my address i ll give the same.. I don't know how is she..?

It's a scam. They tell everybody they call the same thing. When the person agrees to sign up for their promotion, they find out later on that they also signed up for premium rate SMS that wipe out their pay-as-you-go credits or send their bill into the stratosphere.

Call your service provider to see if this has happened to you, and ask if they will reverse the charges. Also, report them to the authorities in your country that prosecute telecommunications crime.

I got call miss call  from this number last midnight .as i was not having balance ..i recharged with Rs1-100/- and dialed this number ..one lady lift the call with out any dial tone ring and said that ..your mobile number got luck draw so you need to pay some money and the total recharged amount got swiped with in seconds
