I am the real Bill Capre and my apologies to all of you who were potentially scammed.  I had my ID's lost a few years ago and they have apparently made there way into scammers hands.  I have had a few calls from other people and two police departments regarding the matter, I am not at sea nor will I be (except for an occasional vacation cruise) any time soon.
Again, my apologies.

Capre William is using this email address caprewilliamjr@gmail.com now and still asking for the same exact thing on craigslist, so please be careful.

looks like he is at it again,  We are trying to sell a boat on Craigslist and he responded word for word like everyone elses.  Im glad I googled him and am very happy that I was able to google it.  Be careful people,  trust your gut instincts!!

Yep, still scamming. Same story today to me about being on the water heading to Hawaii etc. The email he used for me was caprwillm@gmail.com

Same thing again. Hawaii story and all. caprwillm@gmail.com for the email. Glad I looked him up. Thanks everyone who posted!
