This is an IRS scam other phone numbers they use are 1-912-242-9432. Caller are chinese/ asian decent. They threaten to have the US Marshall arrest you and seize your property. These people need to be "caned".

224-353-0516 called and left a voice message saying the are from IRS and the are preparing a case against me.
