After about 30 calls from this number over the past month; I was finally able to get somebody to respond when I answered the phone and said "Hello".*  This company is an energy reseller - or a marketing firm for an energy reseller.  I'm not sure if this is one of those "record my voice saying yes" scams, but I made a point to not say "yes" ever.

On one of the earlier calls this month, I actually had picked up the call answered "hello" about 15 times, then just waited and listened to the backgroud noise.  after about 3 minutes the line went dead.  Real class act, dude.

Try not answering unknown calls-they only continue to call because you continue to answer. Also do not call them back-by doing that you are probably getting more calls.
