I recieved a letter in the mail 12-6-2011 stating that I am a winner of  a sweepstakes drawing held November 14th. This letter stated that i am a grand prize winner of 165,000.00 and the check enclosed is fro 3,954.23 just call 12242238955 give them your claim number mine was( P45-SC90). Also to contact  Customer Care Rep. Michael Lewis at the distribution department for additional informations and processing your claim and activating the check enclosed. There call center hours are MONDAY_FRIDAY 7am-6pm and saturday 7am-12pm. In closing the letter was singed off by Elizabeth Martins Prize Award Administrator TEL/FAX 1-604-440-5395. The letter was sent from Washington. the check is from (Bank of america) Houston Texas  and the letter is from International Consumers Promotional Draw, 2236 W Sahara Ave, Suite 300, Las Vegas NV 89108....There was not a return lable on the envelope it was sent in.

I just received the same letter! Michael's last name is Cizero on mine. The envelope is stamped FL, the letter is from Vegas, and check has Maine and Georgia on it. Same winnings amount and same claim number. I would def have to say that this fake! Especially seeing that someone else received the same thing as me. Hope you didn't call. Best of luck, oh make sure to shred it.
