I too have gotten numerous calls this week from them.  They kept saying they need a payment immediately and my account is up-to-date.  I told them that I would pay again on the 22nd of December and they said that is goo because it is due on the 23rd...why are they calling then is what I want to know?  I also recieved calls from another # of theirs  it is (402)220-4351

If your behind on making your card payment of course they are going to call and demand their money but 25 times in one day is ridiculous.

Call your State Attorney General to tell him to change the laws on debt collectors/credit card agencys..That they HAVE TO identify themselves in phone calls.

They keep calling my desk phone here at work.  I keep answering with "Hello (Company Name), (My real name) speaking." like I always do.  There's a pause and someone will say "Hello".  Then they'll just hang up.  They've called my phone 5 times today, and not a single one of them said anything beyond "Hello" before hanging up.  It's getting on my nerves.

I've seen others on this forum say it's Chase.  Okay, fine, but if this is their call center etiquette, I refuse to deal with them via telephone.  Besides, I never give personal information out unless I'm the one who calls into a company with a verified phone number (like the number printed on the back of a credit card, not one sent to me in an email).  I'm too smart to get phished.
