Some guy called my wife's cell number and asked, "Are you the one who hit my car?" Now that's pretty weird, since my wife's car has never been in the state of Illinois and doesn't have a scratch on it. I think this guy needs some mental health care.

No, this is a scam to get victims to pay money for a nonexistent accident.  I'm not really sure how successful it would be since most people would know if they had an accident with their car or truck.

I got a prank call from a dude @ this # trying to act like he was a kid.
