Caller ID says OUT OF AREA.  It is a robocall. If you pick up the phone but do not say anything, no one picks up and it disconnects.
If you call the number back, the person on the other end claims to be from CONSERVATIVE YOUNG REPUBLICANS.  When asked why they called, they respond they are trying to "defeat Hillary Clinton" and "take back America".  When asked for one thing that Conservatives have done for America in the last 15 years, they are unable to answer even when I offer to pay $100 for an answer.  I marked this "Telemarketer" since they also claimed to NOT be affiliated with the Republican Party.
