I Think IT A BILL COLLECTION AGENCY CALLED I. C. SYSTEMS  when you call back the number it says they will help you in a moment and that you will need a reference number that's found in some letter, they claim was sent you prior to their call. I hung up at this point to recheck my mail. likely a medical bill from my hospital stay. They didn't leave any messages on my phone. I just now called back quickly again just to make sure I gave you the correct name IC SYSTEM. This time it just said please hold while we prepare to assist  you. again I hung up at this point.
