need txes done dont know name of company

This number continues to call my house. When I got somone (a mid eastern accented women) on the other line finally, she said she was calling about my computer and my Microsoft Windows.  I told her to stop calling my house. Her response "I Will call you again." She started to become confrontational and I hung up.

This number just called my house at 6:50 am.. i have a call blocking app so it didn't get through, but that time of day is not someone legitimate. I get scam callers all the time nearly every single day.  Not returning this one either.

Call came in on Tuesday March 1, 2016 at 8:10 AM.

This is the old Microsoft Technical Support under a new name, Windows Technical Department.  They have the serial number of my copy of Windows and it is assigned to them.  They will direct me in fixing this problem myself.  Uh, no, I'm not breaching my firewall.  Thank you.

Be nice, but tell them nothing.  This is an identity theft ring.  The FTC recently shut down the Microsoft Technical Support we all know and love.  This may or may not be the same people, in whole or in part.  It does seem to be the same scam.
