Continues to call and when you answer no one answers

Receive several calls from this number and when answered no one answers then phone is hung up! When I call it back a recording comes on that says "an error has occurred, please hang up and try your call again."

Keeps calling and then no one will answer then they hang up.Tried calling number back several times states err
