Called at 7:10 am on 10/8/15 I'm on DNC list and I believe calling at this time of the morning is illegal anyway.

Caller said he represented Windows and gave ACC National Telecom Corp's number when I asked if I could return the call. The number on the caller id was this number and the voice sounded like the caller was from India or that region.

Caller said they had received a report of technical difficulties I was having with my computer. I asked her to call back - she didn't.
