Think this number is a ring back scam. It has rang my mobile and hung up when I answered. I live in Ireland but the number appears to be from Libya. It must be a scam - don't call them back if they ring you.

If you called them back - expect a big mobile phone bill for the call.
Notify your mobile service provider,  report it and they should be able to tell you how much the call cost you.
