Got this call on my cell phone just now. It's a Minnesota area code and I'm nowhere near there, nor do I know anyone there, so it is very likely a spam call. No message.

Cell phone call from a number I not only don't recognize, but don't know anyone in Minnesota. Big bummer this Do Not Call Registry doesn't work. Blocked.
